stalker

i've just finished making my blog rounds. i have several that i look at daily. some are my friends' blogs and some are just blogs i like. i have a job where there is often dead time between calls and i can pop in and read about people's lives. sometimes i pop in on them several times a day. i'm really quite the blog addict. most of the ones i visit are linked over here on the right.

my friend pete updated his blog last night or today sometime. i just looked at it and realized that i comment excessively. it made me not want to comment on any of the three new posts he just put up. i don't just do that to pete, either, but i think it shows up more on his because other people either don't visit it as much or don't admit it by posting comments. as with so many internet things i'm not sure what the etiquette really is. does this make me a blog stalker? i love comments on my blog and figure everyone must. maybe that's not true. maybe some people are like, "there's that sheena chick again. she even talks too much in type!"

so if you think i'm stalking you (shawn, pete, kathleen, carla, carlos, linda and anyone else i left out), well maybe i am. but i mean well so don't put out any restraining orders yet.

okay, I posted a comment on Peter's blog, so now you can feel free to comment away. perhaps it won't be so noticeable :-) I would say everyone always loves to hear from you Sheena.

i understand how u feel. sometimes when i post on other people's blogs it morphs into a blog in and of itself. i'll find myself doing the split focus thing.you know, you start off posting about the topic at hand and then somehow it makes a left turn somewhere and a whole new topic has started.

i personally like blog hogs. i'm a blog hog. today a blog hog posted a very long comment at my blog. as long as it's not mean or insulting i don't mind blog hogs coming by for a visit. that's what the blogosphere is about, public expression about whatever one is blogging about, like right now i'm rambling on about blog hogs and i'm not only rambling on I'm actually modeling what a blog hog does. And I'm also demonstrating how to write a split focus in a post by having just successfully shifted the topic from being a blog hog to split focus - I am able to effortlessly do this because I am a multi-tasker. If I continue on in this post I might actually succeed at performing a triple split focus.

(If anyone knows a good 12-step Bloggers Anon. program let me know)

bravo, pam! there's no blog like a hogged blog. i saw the blog hog log that was left on your blog today. he said a mouth full. or maybe i should say a blog full.

I too am a blog addict and spend way too much time reading them!

One of my current favourite games is blog-trailing - how far away from your own can you get by clicking on links and still end up blog-trailing back to your own blog?!
