That's interesting. I took the same quiz a few days ago through Craig Russels blog, and got the same results. I don't mind at all being "lumped" with the Methodists. They are pretty amazing. Go to their main web site sometime. They are very outreach focused. Our Sub31 group at church, (18-31yr olds) get together every couple of months. We were meeting Sundays, but we started a Sunday night service that keeps us all busy. Anyway, last week we got together, gave blood, and then went out to eat. We would love to do more things like this, that would only take an hour or two to give of ourselves, before fellowshipping. Have any outreach ideas? We also feed dinner once a month to the families that stay at the Ronald McDonald House. It's for families with kids in the hospital. Volunteers come in and cook, then serve the meal. It is so simple and only takes a few hours. When my son was in the hospital for a few months, a long ways from our home, we stayed at one. It was so nice to have a home cooked meal every night. Sometimes people want to talk, and they know your a church group, so often they will ask you to pray. Anyway, all of that to ask, any other ideas of things that make big impacts, that only take a few hours a week?
